Mission Statement
Cara’s Corner Daycare, LLC exists to provide a clean, safe, and loving environment for infants, toddlers, and school-age children, with a focus on each individual’s age, needs, and abilities. We want our families to feel confident and comfortable with the knowledge that their children are being cared for as if they were our own.
The Owner
Cara’s Corner Daycare LLC is a daycare center based in Eastchester, New York. We accept clients from Westchester county and the surrounding areas. Our story started with the efforts of our owner and founder, Cara Solano.
Cara Solano, full-time on-site childcare provider and President of Cara’s Corner Daycare LLC, has been residing in Eastchester, New York since 1994. She has been married since 1990 and has three children.
Mrs. Solano finished her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. After graduation, she worked in the banking industry and stayed there for four years.
After giving birth to her first child, Mrs. Solano chose to stay at home for her family and decided to resign from her position in the banking industry. Eventually, she found a way to earn a living without leaving home.
In 1995, Mrs. Solano began her Daycare as a small-scale home-based enterprise dedicated to helping her close friends and families with their childcare needs — thus, giving birth to the company. Word of mouth spread quickly, and her business grew substantially. The company became licensed by the state of New York Office of Children and Family Services and has been incorporated and fully insured since 2010.
The daycare center was established in a foundation of passion and love for children. We can guarantee that your child will be taken care of as much as we take care of our own children.
